We have a 2026 Tiffin Allegro Bay 38bb air brakes and a 2026 Chevy Trax Activ have to disconnect the negative battery terminal per the owners manual. Please give me your recommendations for a full flat tow system.

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # e74ZR
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM25DQ
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage Incandescent Tail Lights item # RM26FR
Battery Disconnect - Roadmaster Battery Disconnect for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-766
Supplemental Braking System - Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for 2021 and Newer Freightliner Chassis RVs w/ BrakeSync item # DM23MV
Does your 2026 Tiffin Allegro Bay 38bb have an air connector mounted below the 7-Way like the picture below? It looks like the BrakeSync flat tow prep comes standard on the 2026 models but I wanted to confirm. There's a couple of different options for the Demco Air Force One braking system that's highly recommended for diesel RV's with air brakes. I just want to make sure we get you the right one.

Hey Roger, I got your email. A charge line like item # RM-156-25 isn't listed as a required part for flat towing your 2026 Chevy Trax Activ. However, adding one's going to give you peace of mind that you'll never show up to your destination with a dead battery. I've got better option for one though. Since you're getting the Demco Air Force One item # DM23MV, you'll want the Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit item # DM66VR. It's specifically designed to work with the Air Force one systems.

Hi Jerred - thank you for the detailed reply. I do not know if air connector is mounted as per the picture and the RV is about an hour away from me. I am going to ask the dealership as we have only just purchased it.
