What Size Wrench Gets Used for the 10 mm Bolts of etrailer Hitch # e42TR

Question:
Installation Step 5 says: [...] Remove the 8 bumper beam bolts with a 14mm socket [...]inch but the diagram lists the 8 bumper beam bolts as having a 10mm - 1.25 HEX FLANGE NUTS.inch Installation Step 7 goes on to say, Torque all 10mm fasteners to 48 lb-ft.inch That would include the 2 screws on each tail light and may or may not include the bumper beam bolts, depending on if theyre actually 10mm or 14mm. Please advise what is actually supposed to be torqued to 48 lb-ft and what is OK to hand tighten.

Hey Jameson! Great name!! Anyway so whats going on here is that a 10 mm bolt doesn't use a 10 mm wrench as odd as that sounds. That's why they are calling the bolt 10 mm while also saying use a 14 mm wrench. So you would want to tighten the 10 mm bolts to 48 ft lbs and any other bolts that don't have a torque figure you can hand tighten. So how many other Jamesons have you met? In real life I've only met three I think.
