Hey, Chris. Happy to help out!
There is an option for you, but it won’t be a simple swap since we don’t have an axle with a 77.5" spring center and a 93.5" hub face.
The closest option we have is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 7359765. This axle has a 95" hub face and an 80" spring center. You’ll want to check your wheel and fender clearance, as this would push the wheels out about 3/4" on each side.
For the spring seats, you can weld on new ones using # CES88WR to match your current spacing. If you’re not comfortable welding, I’d recommend reaching out to a local fabrication shop to see if they can handle that for you.
If you’d prefer not to make any modifications, another option would be to have a custom axle built through a local trailer shop with your exact measurements.
What kind of gear or cargo are you hauling on your trailer?

I agree completely with Gwendolyn. Most trailers can accommodate a slightly wider hub face. I might add that if you (or a welding shop) remove the existing spring seats with a torch, the heat will likely burn the insulation on the brake wiring inside the axle beam. A good idea would be to tie the brake wiring to a length of mechanic’s wire, and remove the brake wiring, pulling the mechanic’s wire inside the axle beam. Then when the work is done and the axle beam has cooled, the mechanic’s wire can be used to fish the brake wire back though the axle beam.
