Question:
I was hoping to get all of the accoutrements that I would need to install this on my dump trailer. I currently have a hand crank Jack and I am ready to upgrade to this, but I don’t know what all I will need besides my welder. Please help this ignorant veteran.

Hi Sean; we only sell replacement parts for this setup at this time so we do not have every part you need. We have the leg # e93VV and the Replacement Power Unit for etrailer and Ram Hydraulic Trailer Jacks and Scissor Hoist Systems # e43VV.
The fittings and lines are something you will have to acquire elsewhere. I went ahead and attached a diagram below showing the single jack installation. The full instructions are also attached further down on this page which cover dual jack applications and what to do if you're welding.
I do have an option for a complete system which is the Dexter Single Hydraulic Jack System w/ Double Acting Pump # DX62CR. If you want to add a hydraulic jack this is the way to go.

Hey Sean, how did things go with adding the hydraulic jack system to your dump trailer? Did the Dexter setup give you everything you needed for the upgrade? Your update could make it easier for the next person planning a similar change.
