Hey Darryl. The Ventline Exterior Wall Vent for RV Range Hood item # VE48VV has outside flange dimensions of 11-1/2" wide x 5-1/4" tall. It's designed to fit a 10-1/2" wide x 3-3/4" tall cutout.
