What are the dimensions and hole measurements of the Ventline RV Range Hood Vent?

The Ventline Exterior Wall Vent for RV Range Hood - Locking Damper - 1-3/4" Collar - White # V2111-13 is 11-5/8 inches wide and 5-5/16 inches tall. The screw holes are 3-3/4 inches on center horizontally and 2-3/8 inches on center vertically. I've attached a photo with more measurements I took to assist.
This vent requires a 10-1/2 inch by 3-3/4 inch rough opening for the 10-1/4 by 3-1/2 inch collar that is 1-3/4 inches deep.
