Hello, I am interested in the Replacement Hitch Lock Pod for RockyMounts Bike Rack Part Number: RKY12006. I want to buy two one for the hitch pin and one for the cable lock pin. If I purchase two can I get the same key on both? That way the same key works both locks Thank you.

Hey Patrick,

I do have a solution for you, but when ordering the Rocky Mounts Lock Pods # RKY12006 they will not be Keyed Alike as Rocky Mounts just sends us random key codes.

With that said, you can rekey the pods with # RKY12006 which will make both locks keyed alike.

Hi Patrick, I agree with the Expert Reply sent from Samuel C regarding rekeying Pods with the lock cores. I myself needed an entire new Pod because I lost one. I then needed to make that Pod Body match the other key, (for convenience), plus I wanted an extra Pod. P.S. when you push the Pod onto the stud to lock it, MAKE SURE TO PUSH ALL THE WAY ON. I was not paying attention didn’t push it far enough to latch, MY BAD, it fell off on the way home.
