Hitch

I would be happy to recommend a hitch for your 2013 Honda CR-V. I saw you were looking at the etrailer item # e98868 and the EcoHitch item # 306-X7297. Both of these hitches are confirmed to fit your 2013 CR-V. They are custom fit and bolt to your Honda with included hardware.
Both the etrailer and the EcoHitch are class III hitches with 2" receivers. They each have identical towing capacities at 3,500 lbs and both are made in America. The main difference in capacity is the EcoHitch has a higher tongue weight capacity at 525 lbs comparted to the etrailer at 350 lbs.
Where you are really able to tell the difference is in the way the two hitches install. For this reason I recommend the EcoHitch item # 306-X7297. I really like this hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" x 2" receiver visible. This not only gives your Honda a better look but it also helps with ground clearance.
I have attached pictures of both hitches installed below so you can see the difference.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118561 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
Go ahead and email me back if you have anymore questions or are looking for another product.
