Will the Replacement Spring Bars for Blue Ox SwayPro Work w/ Old Style that Doesn't Use a Clip?

Will these bars work with the old style that doesnt use retaining clip or do I need to upgrade the head too?

They are not Josh. The Replacement Spring Bars item # BXW4008 are only going to fit the newer SwayPro systems. You'll need to replace the head on your SwayPro as well, which we do not have. I attached a couple of pictures below that break down the different connection methods.
At this point the only solution I have to offer you is to replace your entire system. The spring bars you were looking at are rated for 1,500 lbs of tongue weight so we have to SwayPro options depending on what size receiver your truck has.

2-1/2" Hitch - 15k Blue Ox SwayPro item # BLU54TR
