Hi Duane!

As long as your 4 wheel drive 2023 Toyota Tacoma has 4 leaf springs in the rear, the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTUN4 will indeed fit. If you do not have 4 leaf springs, just let me know and I can find another option for you.

What are you going to be towing? And how often? These can be a bit harsh when you are unloaded. They do a very good job when you are loaded though.

Yes it can be, have this on a 21 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 (same as a ‘23). Had them for 120,000 miles and they work great.

Yes, this can be installed on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The main reason why I purchased this product was by recommendation and further advice I received from the staff from ,Etrailer.com, a win win situation. The other main focus was to reduce the ""sagging"" effect on the rear suspension of the vehicle's bed. I initially towed a 3500 lbs camper when I noticed the sagging effect take place. The Toyota factory bump stops are very basic yet they did work until I began to feel the sway effects from the front suspension while towing in transport. It was tough to travel and mitigate speed and the swaying of the front wheels. This is due to the front suspension gets raised due to the rear suspension was lowered, think of it as a ""seesaw effect"" alike to the old playground for kids. I then met with other Toyota and Nissan truck owners who swore that this was the answer for those who just want to tow their boats or light campers on occasions and not have to spend a fortune on a new suspension system like air bags even though those systems have a purpose and im not degrading those who own them by far. Once I installed the bump stops, ""no more sagging effect"" existed and the ease of having more overall control of the vehicle to include ""safety is paramount"" while traveling and not having to fluctuate your traveling speed to mitigate the raised front suspension which the Timbren bump stops was the answer to have the front suspension not be raise while the rear suspension is supported by the Timbren bump stops. I recommend this product by far for those who do not want to deal with the sagging effect and are occasional tow drivers. All the best.
