Hi eTrailer team I just purchased this hitch receiver for my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. I will be using it with a cargo carrier but I want to ensure I will not exceed my vehicles capacity. How much does this receiver weigh? Thanks.

Hey SG, the EcoHitch part # EH64CR that you referenced weighs 45 lb but you don't have to count the weight of the hitch against the weight capacity of the vehicle as the hitch basically becomes a part of the vehicle chassis. This is what our hitch manufacturers have told us when we asked them this over the years. Do you have trailer wiring already?
