Question:

Hello. I have a 2023 Ram 2500 Rebel with factory air suspension / Alternate Trailer Height function. It also has a factory mounted anti sway bar. I have a bed camper that weighs 2100 lbs. I’m looking for a product that will help with sway while hauling the camper. I tried Timbrens, and they made contact with the truck unloading, rendering my Alt Trl Height function useless. I’m not sure if supplemental air bags would do the same. I would appreciate some help with finding a solution. Thanks. Cayton

Hi Cayton; the only thing you can do at this point is upgrade the factory sway bar. You can replace the rear with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-3/8" Diameter # RM94GR. The Roadmaster # RM47VR can replace the front. Other suspension enhancement options won't work because of the factory air suspension. Outside of that, I would look into upgraded shocks which aren't something that we carry.

If the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-3/8" Diameter # RM94GR is an upgrade, would the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter RM73FR be better since it’s a little bigger? Cayton

@CaytonM the problem is the fitment. The # RM94GR is designed to replace the factory swaybar. The # RM73FR is designed for models that don't have the OEM bar.
