I really wish I could give you a direct answer, but unfortunately we do not have a database that tells us exactly what was installed on each camper. Man oh man, that would be quite the list if one existed.
With that said, I am more than happy to help figure out if this is the correct replacement for you. Can you please respond directly to them email you receive with a picture of the sticker on your current pin box?
The Curt Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box Lippert 1116 19,000 lbs # LC176440 fits a Lippert 1116 pin box. Most of the time the actual pin box number is not listed directly on the sticker, but I can send the information from your sticker over to Lippert and they can confirm it for us.

@BobP Thanks for the pictures! They finally got it figured out, sorry for the delay. On your particular 5th wheel there were 2 different build numbers which is why it took so long to get the answer. You do in fact have the Lippert 1116, so the # LC176440 is the right fit for you.
