Need Replacement Control Panel For LCI 4-Point Leveling System

Question:
Hello, I have a 32 2019 Thor Freedom Traveler motorhome on a Ford F53 chassis. It is equipped with a LCI Electronic Leveling system 4 point. The control panel was functioning intermittently had to press the button several times before it would work, but it finally quit. Its leveling controller looks exactly like the Lippert Control Panel 175225, but it has a sticker with part number 12478A2521800104 IDS, Inc. I bought this motorhome used and it looks to me that this LCI control panel has been repaired see photo, so I really dont know if this is the correct part for my unit. Please help me find the correct controller for my unit! Thanks!

Hi David, thanks for reaching out. Based on the information you provided, you are on the right track. The Replacement Lippert Control Panel with Amp Connector for 4-Point Leveling System # LC175225 is the correct replacement for your LCI 4-point leveling system. IDS manufactures the control boards for Lippert, so seeing that name on the sticker is completely normal.
Since the controller you have matches the Lippert panel and the plug on the back is the same AMP-style connector, this will be a direct plug-and-play replacement. You will not need to modify any wiring.
It definitely sounds like the original panel was failing internally, which lines up with the intermittent button response you described. Swapping in the new panel will restore normal operation so you can extend and retract the jacks with a single press again.

Thanks for your quick response! I have one more question...Is the Power Gear # LC44UJ a suitable replacement for the Lippert LC1752235 controller. These items look the same and appear to have the same connections- but the Power Gear item is much more affordable. Thanks!
