Hey Kirk, the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # DEX49FR that you reference would easily handle 80 psi. The limiting factor would actually be the valve stem that you use with the wheel so I would recommend going with the metal valve stem part # AM20906 which can handle well over 100 psi. What trailer is this going on and what tire are you going with?

Hey Michael, the Dexstar trailer wheel part #DEX49FR that you referenced was designed to be used with tapered style of lug nuts like #AM26NR and not the flat ones.

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and he confirmed that the Lippert Components Power Tongue Jack 1817941 #LC285318 can be rotated to be best orientated for you. The jack can be un-bolted, rotated, and reinstalled.
