Question:

1 Your configurator lists the 54 inch wide bars as suitable for 2018 Toyota Rav4 Adventure with factory raised roof rails. I am interested in the longer version 59 inch of the Rhino Rack bars. Will that fit my vehicle, are the bar-tower mount points within range of factory rails? 2 Also, will the 54 inch allow the S606 Rhino Rack tie down points to fit, ie is there enough room past the tower?

Hi Jason; Rhino-Rack doesn't provide us with the overhang measurements, and we haven't installed this on a 2018 RAV4 to measure ourselves. I went ahead and asked Rhino-Rack, we will see if I hear back (they have a habit of not responding). What I recommend doing is mocking this up on your 2018 RAV4 to see if it will work.

The 59" Rhino-Rack Sportz Aero Crossbars # RR75AG have channels underneath that mount on the feet. Those channels are 11-3/4" long on either side. If you run a tape measure over your raised rails you can get a good idea on fitment. I have a feeling they will work since they're only 2-1/2" longer on each side. You will also need the Rhino-Rack RX100 Legs # RR97AP.

The 59" bars will definitely work with the # RRS606. I can't say for sure if there is enough on the # RR24CG (full rack with 54" bars). If it is clear the 59" bars won't fit, and you still want the Sportz bars, you can measure once you install the 54" crossbars to see if they are compatible.
