Hey there Josh, sorry about the issue you're having.

WFCO Auto-Detect converters like 45A # WF58FR or 100A # WF56FR monitor charge cycles and battery behavior before selecting a profile. The lithium charge mode boosts to 14.6V in Charge Mode and can stay there 1–4 hours depending on load and battery state.

But things that can prevent bulk mode from triggering include:
-High DC loads during charging
-Solar charging is active
-Voltage drop from long or undersized battery wiring

If you're running solar at the same time or have heavy loads like inverters pulling current, that can prevent the converter from seeing the “discharged battery” condition needed to enter bulk.

What model WFCO converter is this? And do you know if any of the above issues could be going on? After getting a bit more info, I can further diagnose the issue for you.
