Hey, Kennie.
I can definitely help you out with this. The Curt harness part # C55344 is a custom harness for your 2002 Ford Van E-150. It looks like the other part number you had in question is a part number used on another site unrelated to us. I can't vouch and say yes, you will be getting everything that you need by ordering that part number.
Based off that part number, I'm assuming that you're wanting to have a 7-way on the back of your van. Part # ETBC7 will plug into the 4-flat that part # C55344 has and include everything you need to be about to have a fully functioning 7-way and 4-flat on the back of your E-150
What kind of trailer are you going to be towing?
