Does the spare tire carrier work with the Front Runner Slimsport Platform Rack?

Hey Chris! The Spare Tire Carrier for Rhino-Rack Alloy Tray Roof Cargo Carrier # RSWH can technically fit the Slimsport. However, it is only approved for use on the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Tradie, Alloy Tray, Pioneer Tray, and Pioneer Platform. The crossbars are also pretty far apart on the Slimsport so I wouldn't trust the tire carrier to hold well without as much surface contact.
It looks like you decided on the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro # RRRMCB03 and SpeedStrap # SS23PV which is a more universal option. This tie-down strap is designed for 22" - 36" tires.
