Will Jensen Mechless RV Stereo Fit In Place Of Furrion RV Stereo DV1230BL
Updated 01/31/2026 | Published 01/28/2026 >
Question:
I currently have a Furrion DV1230BL as my stereo system. It currently is acting badly to the point it needs replacing. Wondering if the JEN25RR would be a good fit in the existing hole. Attached picture is the current Furrion DV1230.

Hey Allen! Your Furrion DV1230BL fits a cutout that is 6-15/16" wide x 4" tall x 5-1/2" long. The Jensen Mechless RV Stereo # JEN25RR fits a cutout that measures 7-1/16" wide x 3-1/2" tall x 5-1/4" long.
You may have to widen your existing cutout to get this to fit. The overall height is 4-3/8" so it will probably cover the existing opening but I would remove the Furrion and double check. It is also worth mentioning that you will lose the DVD player functionality if that is important to you.
