Question:
I am interested in getting the Firestone Ride Rite airbag system. Which is the right kit for my truck? My truck is a 2022 F-150. The truck does not have the onboard scale, but does have the LED self-leveling headlights and a rear axle position sensor. I cant tell from the Firestone website which of these kits are the right one for me: Firestone Ride-Rite: 2627 Firestone Ride-Rite: 2582

Hi John!
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs 2627 (our part # F59VV) is technically for the onboard scale option, but it is actually the one you are going to want for your 2022 Ford F-150. The rear axle position sensor for the self-leveling headlights is basically the same as the onboard scale would be.
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2582 (the one that does not fit with the onboard scale) sits on top of the leaf spring pack right where that sensor is attached (see included image).
We haven't had the chance to install an air bag kit on a truck with that option as of yet, so no picture of that, but hopefully soon.
What are you going to be towing?

Thanks for the info. I have a 4,500-pound travel trailer. The trailer isn't very heavy. When on uneven dirt roads I want to be able to level the load when towing without the load-leveling hitch springs deployed.
