What is the lug nut/stud hole size?

The Americana Modular Wheel # AM42NR that you referenced is designed to be used with a 5/8 inch diameter flange nut like the part # 95188 and not a lug nut. So the holes are 5/8 inch diameter. What wheel stud diameter do you have on your trailer hub?

We have not put drums on the axles yet, so we can choose 5/8. The rims are not self centered on the lugs?

@RamseyC This would be for a hub centric setup where the pilot hole of the wheel centers it onto the hub.

@Ramsey it can but it really depends on the hub that it fits and it's axle capacity.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
