Question:
I have a 2009 Ford Ranger XL with prior install of baseplate kit 477-5 but the removable arms are missing. Can you provide such? Arm parts are labeled as C001314 and C001315 in 477-5 installation instructions.

We sure can Don. It is the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits item # RM-ARMS.
You will need to scroll down the page a little bit and on the left side click where is says "Installation Details". This will take you to a form that will need to be filled out, photographed, and then emailed to Roadmaster. The information on where to send it is on the form. Once the order is placed with us, we send over an invoice and they get to work on building your replacement arms.
Already identifying your baseplate kit as the Roadmaster item # 477-5 is going to make filling out the form quite a bit easier.
If you have any additional questions, go ahead and click on the box that says Add Comment and I'll be happy to answer them.
