Hey Kevin, installation of the Plowser # PL53YR is really quick and easy, especially compared to heavier duty commercial plows. Once you unfold the blade and secure the center bar with the hinge pins, the Plowser just slides into your 2 inch hitch and pins in place - no tools, wiring, or adjustments needed beyond setting the hitch height. After you’ve done it once, most people are on and off in just a couple of minutes.
Because it’s lightweight and doesn’t bolt to the vehicle (just slides in the hitch), removal is just as fast. Are you planning to leave it on during storms or take it off between uses? I'd recommend taking it off when not using it.
