I have installed the 1-1/4” rear sway bar on a 2016 Ram It doesn’t have air ride, made a world of difference in towing the 5th wheel. Took me approximately 45 minutes to complete the job

I installed the Hellwig Big Wig rear Anti-Sway Bar on our 2018 Ram 2500 (used the middle adjustment hole) in hopes of helping with severe sway when using our Palomino packpack 550 truck bed camper. I added the Big Wig Adjustable sway bar to my 2020 RAM 2500 and it completely eliminate the sway while towing and made daily driving much better

I added this swaybar to my 2018 2500. I have a truck camper that fits in the bed weighs about 2000 pounds between this swaybar and having to add airbag because I have a coil spring rear suspension. It made a night and day difference eliminated all sway back-and-forth, and all wanting to wander and drift.

Michael, I have a 2016 Ram 2500 with Auto Air Ride. I also have a Lance 820 Truck camper. I had a ton of sway with the weight of the camper, I removed the stock sway bar and went to the Hellwig Big wig. Install was super simple. The notice of the hellwig was immediate. I would recommend this sway bar to everyone. I do have the setting at its tightest because the Rams do not have any leaf springs or other options for the suspension. I am also thinking of adding larger bump stops to add extra support for sway. Let me know if you need anything else..
