Recommended Baseplate and Wiring Harness for Flat Towing a 2023 Ford F-150 STX

Need a base plate for my 2023 Ford 150STX model and also plug and go for the wiring to the front where I can pull it behind my R.V

Hey Donald. For your 2023 Ford F-150 STX, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM38VR. This baseplate has removable tabs and is custom fit for your F-150. It includes all hardware needed for the installation. I attached a picture below along with an installation video so you can see what it will look like installed along with an installation video so you can see how to get it setup.
For a custom fit plug in wiring harness, we have the Blue Ox EZ Light Custom Plug-In Tow Bar Wiring Kit item # BLU57UR. It's going to plug in directly to the harness behind your rear tail lights and provide you with a 4-way connector. There are no plug in 7-way wiring kits for your truck.
Please note that your F-150 requires a charge line that connects the battery to your motorhome. You'll also need to install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25. You'll connect one side to your F-150's positive battery terminal and the other end will need to connect to your motorhomes 12v circuit on the 7-way connector or to the item # RM-156-75 which will connect directly to your motorhomes battery.
If your motorhome has a 7-Way connector, I recommend installing the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage Incandescent Tail Lights item # RM26FR if your F-150 has incandescent bulbs or item # RM38FR if you have LED taillights. The item # RM-156-25 charge line will connect directly to the included 6-pin connector, included with these kits, that mounts on the front of your F-150.
