Hey Nina. The ARB Custom Fit Bondi Deluxe Front Bumper item # ARB66DM is not rated to be used for flat towing. I checked our other options that fit your 2023 Jeep Wrangler and we do not have one that is rated for flat towing.
To flat tow your 2023 Jeep Wrangler, you'll need to find a flat tow bumper that is rated for such a use or install a baseplate kit like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect item # RM-521453-5.
