Will Cummins Onan QG 2500i Onboard RV Generator Run AC on 2025 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1800BH

Hello, just wondering if the CM25ZR will run the air conditioner on my 2025 Micro Minnie 1800BH. Or would I be better off getting something like a Honda for the bed of my truck. Thanks, Fred

Hey Fred! It looks like your 2025 Micro Minnie 1800BH has a 13,500 Btu AC unit on it so the Cummins Onan QG 2500i # CM25ZR will be able to run it. However, you will have to run lines to it, and find a place to install it with proper ventilation. I wouldn't really go that route unless you're doing some serious camping all the time.
If you only plan on occasional camping, I would stick with a standard generator like the 4,500-Watt Portable RV Generator # 333-0005. This uses propane and gasoline for fuel giving you more options. You can throw it in your truck bed, or on your bumper with a carrier like # e99050.
