I installed this circuit board a couple years age. It was fairly easy to install and worked perfectly. I had no issues with it to date.

@FrankI A few years ago I also replaced the boards in both of my two MaxAir fans. Like you said, I found the process pretty straightforward. Every thing was fine until last summer when the two fans began to act up again. As long as I did not use the remotes and ran the fans manually on lower speeds all was fine. Kick up the speed or use a remote control and the fan would beep like before and shutdown. Very frustrating!
