The correct replacement circuit board for your MaxxAir Fan 10B21275N is going to be the replacement board # MA10A21275K. This will be a direct replacement for you and get your fan back up and running.

Hi Nick, I took apart the fan and saw that the new board has cat 5 connections for control. My current board uses 4 pin connector, so this creates quite a dilemma as I have no idea what pin does what. Is their an addapter available?.

@AlanS Do you know what model fan you have? It does look like there is a certain model fan and manufacturer date that this works on and yours may be older. If you can find the fan model number I can take a look and see if I missed something and see if there is an adapter.

@AlanS Thank you for getting me that information. I have reached out to MaxxAir with that information to see if there is something I am missing, or maybe an adapter that I am not aware of. When I hear back I will reach out and let you know what we can do moving forward.
