Are there any plastic parts on this rack?

Hey Matthew, most of the Hollywood Racks bike rack part # HLY98RR is made of steel and aluminum but there are a few minor parts that are plastic. Nothing that is related to the strength and integrity of the rack is plastic though so it wouldn't be something that would compromise it.
