The bearings and races in the Bearing Kit with Grease Cap for 1inch BT8 Spindle, L44643 Inner/Outer Bearings, 34823 Seal, match my bearings/races. My concern is the seal. Is the 3482312192VB, the same as the OEM seal 12192TC?

If the TruRyde Bearing Kit with Grease Cap # DL21792 that you referenced uses the correct matching bearing set for your trailer (two of # L44643) then the included matching seal may fit. All components are matched for the BT8 spindle. This seal, # 34823, is a compatible cross-reference for the Transcom 12192. Its inner diameter is 1.249 inches and is outer diameter is 1.983 inches. You can measure your hub's inner bore to determine if this seal's outer diameter matches.
