Hey, David!
I'm going to take a guess that when you mention a "folding puller," you’re talking about some type of handle that helps pull the plug out and then folds away when not in use. If that's what you mean, then no, none of our cables, including part # A10-5036EDBK, come with anything like that.
When you say "pigtail," are you referring to a Y-cable like part # A10-50X30Y, or more of a dogbone-style adapter like part # A10-G30330VP?
You also mentioned a port. I looked up layouts and watched a few walk-through videos of the outside of your camper, but I didn’t see anything described as a port or anything that looked like one. Is your electrical cable stored inside a compartment and fed out through a porthole, similar to part # MR66AR? I just want to make sure I’m understanding exactly what you mean. You're also welcome to reply to the email with pictures so I can see what you're referring to.
Lastly, about the replacement light: the largest round taillight we carry is 7" in diameter. I’ve linked those options below for you in case you'd like to browse them.

I would have Liked if it had a plug that plugged into the trailer that had a 45 degree turn downward. My trailer plug in is in back of bumper otherwise seems fine
