Hey Rob. If your 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 has the factory puck system and not just the gooseneck hitch, you can use the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems item # GY55XR. This will give you a 5" offset and it has a 25,000 lbs capacity.

Curt also makes a offset hitch ball for their Double-Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitch item # C64NQ. It's the Curt 4" Offset Ball for Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch item # C602.

Do you have the factory puck system like the picture below? If not, which gooseneck hitch does your 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 have?

Thanks for the info Jarred, I have 2025 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate (3500) that has the factory installed Gooseneck package, which is the puck system depicted. I was hoping there was a simple 4" offset ball (to move the hitch rearward) that did not involve the more complicated and costly "Y" system.

@RobA You're welcome. No, there's nothing that simple for the puck systems. The Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems item # GY55XR is only way to get any offset with the puck system.

@RobA The Gen Y 5" Offset is what I use. It's easy to install and the extra 5" is a blessing. I would also make sure to buy the chain loops. Every truck manufacturer has different size holes for them so you have to be brand specific.

@RobA Mine: 2025 GMC 3500 SLT standard bed with factory puck system. Costly... I'll give you that one, complicated, no. Super easy to put in and take out. I really enjoy the extra 5 inches it gives me and I have zero worries about hitting my tailgate and I can get over 90 degrees angle without hitting my cab (RV dependent). To explain better, since the factory ball is in a round hole, we need the "wing" pinned to the front two pucks to hold the ball centered in the bed. Without the "wing" it would simply rotate around the truck bed on a 5 inch offset... left, right, forward, etc. My previous truck had the B&W square hole, no wing necessary since it was square. End of the day, well worth it to me.

I have a 2024 GMC AT4 3500. I use the 5" offset with my 2025 Brinkley Z3100 & 2022 GD Solitude 280RK and have no problems with turning or weight distribution. It's easy to install and remove. It's so nice to have the extra room in the bed of the truck.
