Question:
I have a Chevy 1500 High Country with the 3.0L Duramax and adaptive ride control. I am looking for airbags or another suspension solution to help with towing and hauling heavy loads.

Hi Matthew; the adaptive ride control on your 2024 Silverado 1500 High Country really limits the options for suspension enhancement. Air bags and and bump stops aren't compatible.
The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS54FR is a great option that will work with that system. However, you have to confirm you don't have the composite mono leaf spring on your truck for this to work.
If you have the composite leaf springs we don't have any options available. What will you be towing? If it is a bumper pull trailer I would add a weight distribution hitch to help out. For 5th wheel towing and hauling heavy loads you're probably stuck with what you have.

Thank you for the information! Your proposed solution seems to be consistent with my research, since I have standard metal leaf springs.
