I would like to know how the offset on the aluminum wheel compares with the factory steel 12inch wheel measured from the back, hub face to rim edge face? Thanks

The Aluminum HWT Series Split Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM22318HWTB that you referenced has a 0 offset like nearly all trailer wheels do. Chances are your current trailer wheels have a zero offset as well, but you could measure to know for sure.
