Why are there no wheel an tire combo in 4 on 4 bolt pattern with alum.wheels an load range E st145/R12 tires

There are so many possible tire and wheel combinations that manufacturers have chosen to provide only the most common set ups. But a local tire shop will be able to mount a tire on a wheel for a nominal fee.

For a 145/R12 Load Range E tire we have # AM10140.

For 12 inch aluminum wheels with 4 on 4 bolt pattern, take a look at the # AM22318HWT.
