I reached out to HWT who makes the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 # AM22318HWT you were looking at which uses a 1/2" x 20 wheel stud and they mentioned it will work just fine on your M12x1.25mm studs.
