Hi Mike, what exactly are you looking for? You looked at a weight distribution hitch (WDH), are you trying to find the right one for your setup? If you are, can you tell me more about your trailer? To find the right WDH it is important to know the tongue weight of your setup. For example, the Curt TruTrack 2P Weight Distribution System # C69JR you looked at is designed for 800 lbs - 1,000 lbs of tongue weight.

If you can add this information in the comments below I can see what the best option would be for your trailer. If you're looking for something else entirely let me know.

Yes I’m looking for a WDH for my 2026 Grand Design Aim 15RBA to use with my 2019 Ford Ranger. The tongue weight is 392lbs dry. The GVWR is 4,795lbs. I need the right shank too. Thank you Mike

@MikeD if you want a roundbar system I recommend the Fastway e2 # FA94-00-0600. I don't know the rise/drop you need without you measuring but this has a max rise of 5-3/4" and max drop of 3-1/2". I attached a help article below which explains how to measure. I'm assuming that has a 2-5/16" coupler so you will need the Curt # C40030 along with the # ALL643216 for hitch ball installation. If you want something that is a step up from the Fastway you can also use the Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET. Equal-i-zer is considered to be the best by many (they also make Fastway). This has 4-point sway control instead of 2-point and uses trunnion bars for better clearance. This shank has a max rise of 7" and max drop of 3". It comes with a ball but the # ALL643216 is still required for hitch ball installation.

@RobinH That sounds almost borderline to small. Do you carry Blue Ox BXW0650?

@Mike the weight rating or the shank rise/drop? We do have the Blue Ox # BLU36FR which is rated the same. If you're loading your trailer to the max, high on tongue weight, and put a bunch of stuff behind your rear axle then these probably are underrated a bit. If you like Blue Ox and want a higher rating the SwayPro # BXW0750 will cover you with a tongue weight range of 550 lbs - 750 lbs. The Weigh Safe # WS79VR is another good option and it lets you dial it in with the scale and adjuster so it is perfectly set every time.
