Replacement Front and Rear Wheel Holder for Thule T2 Pro XTR

Updated 11/28/2025 | Published 11/27/2025

Question:

I have a Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack. I am looking for ft tire front wheel bucket and rear wheel tie down that will fit 5 tire. All the front wheel adapters I see have 2 fastener attachment. The stock one on my rack have 4 screws and an extension off the rack extrusion. Do they offer one for my rack first? Is so, can you please provide an item number. Need the rear tire also. You offer a longer strap, but need it a little wider also. Need info on this if there is one. Thanks,

Hey Michael! The Replacement Front Wheel Holder # 8528023001 and Replacement Rear Wheel Holder Assembly # 7521682001 are the correct parts for your Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH69TX.

The front wheel holder has 4 screw holes to match what you have now. The rear wheel holders that come with the rack, and this replacement, are designed to accomodate 5" wide tires. You need to reroute the strap to get it into the fat tire configuration so it will work. A longer/wider strap is not something that is available.

Thanks Robin, but I am looking for replacements that fit up to a 5" fat tire. My fat tire ebikes will go into the front wheel holder, but it's not a good fit. The rear wheel strap is to short. The only thing I have found was a longer strap from you. Original strap is 16" and you sell one that is 18" I believe. Is there a fat tire kit for my rack?

@MichaelP I'm sorry but there is no fat tire kit available for this bike rack.

@RobinH Thanks, that was the fix for the strap. Have a good holiday.
