Question:
Dear Sir or Miss I have owned the 3411 for quite a time now and recently removed the piece with the ball attached to stow it and forgot to also stow the piece that goes in the receiver, and as hard as it is for you to believe, someone actually stole it right off the back of my truck. So, question is, can I purchase just the one half from you and if so, how much? Thankyou kindly for your time and response.
