Hey Kevin. The only suggestion I have would be to buy a hardcase and store the jack in it. The Power Mountain Tallboy Off-Road Bottle Jack item # PM34FR is only available with the included bag. The bag is helpful because a hydraulic bottle jack needs to be stored vertically and not on it's side. It's also extremely durable. It's made out of that same material you see on those soft sided heavy duty tool bags.
The Power Mountain Tallboy Off-Road Bottle Jack item # PM34FR has a 6-ton capacity and a lift range of 8-1/2" to 37-3/4". It weighs 27 lbs including all of the components.
I do not have a bottle jack with a hardcase.
Why are you wanting to store this jack in a hardcase?

Every tool lasts longer in a hard case! But I appreciate your help. And this is probably what I will go with. Thanks!
