Where do the Vertical Mounts on the Curt Hitch C15802? What is the Inside to Inside Measurement?

Question:
2021 Ford F350 XLT Tremor. Do the vertical mounts on the Curt 15802 go between the bumper brackets and frame? What is the inside width between the Curt 15802 frame rails?

Hello Ramon,
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V Commercial Duty - 2-1/2" # C15802 is a great fit for your 2021 Ford F-350 XLT Tremor. It matches up to the existing holes in your frame, so no drilling is required. The vertical mounts install on the outside of the passenger side frame rail and the driver side frame rail (please refer to attached image).
We didn't have the dimension you were looking for so I took a stroll out to the warehouse, the inside to inside is right at 39 1/4". Make sure you eat your Wheaties before installing because that thing is one heavy beast!
