Is the Curt Helux Pin Boxes Compatible with My Curt Q-Series 5th Wheel Hitch?

Question:

Are these Helux pin boxes compatible with the Curt Q-series hitches? I know that the Rota-flex pin boxes were not so wanted to make sure. I have the Curt Q20.

Hello Jeremy,

You are correct, the Curt Q-Series like # C85NV is not compatible with rotating pin boxes like the Rota-flex.

You can most definitely use the Curt Helux Shock-Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert Rhino - 18K GTW - 3,500 lbs TW # C75MJ with your Curt Q-Series 5th wheel hitch. The # C75MJ will be a great fit for you just as long as you have a Lippert Rhino pin box.
