Hello Jerry,

Thank you so much for the pictures, they are always most helpful!

I am sorry but there is not a seal packing kit, you will need to replace the entire jack.

For your Lippert Level Up with part number 343315-RA, you will want the Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly for Lippert Level Up System - 8,000 lbs # LC36VR.

Did the jack hit something, or just wear out due to age?

Hi Kate. I did have to replace one of my jacks and it really was not to complicated at all. Needed to take the pressure off as mine was bent but after that just loosen the hoses up to bleed any hydraulic pressure and exchange jacks connect hoses and cycle system a few times. Fairly straightforward. I will add that I had communication with Lippert and their technicians are awesome, helpful hints and answers to all of my questions and concerns. E- trailer was great to work with as my 5th wheel was stranded and your overnight delivery was perfect. Hope Jerry has good luck was his issues. Maybe a call to Lippert would help him out also. Thanks for your asking Rick
