Hi Kevin; the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TA55RR is manufactured somewhere in Asia. More than likely China, but there are several possible facilities it could come from. These tires are produced using the same type of manufacturing equipment used domestically and are required to meet all of the same safety standards and D.O.T. specifications.
If you're looking for a tire made in the USA the only option we have right now is the Goodyear Endurance ST205/75R15 Radial Tire # LH53FR which comes with a wheel that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern instead of 5 on 5.

Hey Kevin, did you end up going with the Provider tire or switch to the Goodyear Endurance option? Knowing which one worked out could help others comparing these two choices.
