We definitely have tonneau covers that will fit in conjunction with the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-781EX and your 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6-1/2 foot bed. There are quite a few options available, but I have the three I recommend listed below:

Good: Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A55FR
Better: BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum and Fiberglass # BAK1126131
Best: TruXedo Sentry Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Black # TX1572601

The Access Vanish # A55FR is a pretty typical soft roll-up style cover, but it is a good option if you are just wanting the stuff in your bed to be protected from the elements and out of sight. If you are keeping tools and/or other expensive things in your bed a lot, I would go with the Better or Best option though. It really is a good cover, but it can be cut open to gain access to your stuff.

The BAKFlip FiberMax # BAK1126131 would be a secure option as the folding panels are not easily defeated. I didn't put this as the Best option though due to that last panel not being able to fold up. With how the uprights on your ladder rack angle in, it will cause that panel closest to the cab to be obstructed. If that doesn't bother you, this would be the better option.

The TruXedo Sentry # TX1572601 is a hard roll-up cover and, in my opinion, will be the best choice. It may look like a standard vinyl cover, but it actually has aluminum slats underneath the vinyl cover. It's both strong and secure. With it also being a roll-up style cover, you will be able to completely open it for full access to your bed. The ladder rack will not impede this at all. If I were getting this ladder rack, this is the cover I would go with.

Hi Charles, how did things work out pairing your Silverado’s TracRac SR ladder rack with a tonneau cover? I’m curious which option you went with in the end. Your feedback could really help others setting up a similar truck bed.
