Thule unfortunately doesn't have a confirmed fitting TracRac SR ladder rack for your 2023 Toyota Tundra so the closest sliding option available is going to be the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A92BG or black # A42BG. These racks would also allow for an inside-the-rails style tonneau cover.
If carrying capacity is more what you're looking for and your bed isn't equipped with an deck rail then you can also go with the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501150 instead.
