How is the Safe-T-Plus ST98MR different from the Roadmaster Reflex I’ve seen for the same chassis?

Ben, both aim to keep your steering centered, but the # ST98MR uses a sealed hydraulic piston with a calibrated spring instead of external coils. That gives you smoother centering and better control when the road surface changes. It’s also fully maintenance-free and tuned specifically for the 2007-up E-350/E-450 steering gear.
If you already have a Reflex and still feel like the wheel floats, the Safe-T-Plus is the logical upgrade.
