Yes, it does David. The Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller item # C51180 will plug directly into the 7-Way connector on your 2025 Tesla Model Y Long Range. You will then be able to connect the 7-way from your Casita trailer to the opposite end of the Curt Echo item # C51180.
